Its been two weeks since I wrote my last blog and since then its been a lot going on over here in ITALY. We have loss our last two games so now we are 12 wins, 11 losses in 7th place actually tied for 8th last spot in the playoffs going into the last 7 games. I been playing decent basketball still averaging 15 pts, 5 ast, but like I said at the beginning of the season I just want to win I know its about playing well for your own career but when you win in my opinion, people really dont pay too much attention to STATS, just that hardware you bring home.  We loss a tough home game 2 weeks back against a good bologna team, I didnt play as well as I wanted to, but my floor game was good 8pts,7ast,4rebs. That was a must win game because you have to protect your home court thats what good teams do in order to make sure your playoff hopes stay alive. Then this past week we played against one of the best teams here in Europe, SEINA who came into our game with a record of 22 wins, 1 loss, so no one had us to win this game. I think we had a chance because I really feel like we are a good team and can beat anybody. We played hard, but loss our third straight game. I played hard, but I always want to do better and better I had 15 pts,2ast in 35 mins the most minutes I played all season. Then we took another long bus ride back to AVELLINO, 6 hours right after a tough loss its one of the hardest things to do but THIS IS THE LIFE.

I was excited though even though I was upset about the past three games, because I was able to again fly my mother over here to see me along with my little niece AEQUILLA who never been overseas before. Thats what makes me feel good, Im able to do things like this for my family. I feel so blessed and thankful for the opportunity to play basketball for a living, but also to show my family the world and take them places people where Im from will probably never see in their lives. I had to drive 40 mins to NAPLES, to put them up as their flight arrived at 4 15 pm my time and I will never forget the looks on their faces when they walked out of baggage claim its always special to me. It was a beautiful day, the sun was bright, so the view going back to AVELLINO through the mountains was so beautiful and they love it. I took them to the MALL of course, you know WOMAN love to shop, also I took them downtown which is called the CENTRO here for a walk and a little shopping since its my niece birthday week. And you know I love to eat so I took them to a very nice STEAKHOUSE here in AVELLINO. Its really hard to do many things because I have two practices a day and as we all know WORK comes first, my mom understands that and dont care about nothing but spending time with me and that means a lot to me. They came to the gym to watch us practice, since my niece loves basketball and never saw what it is like playing overseas. I think the language barrier, and time difference is two major changes for them, just like anybody who comes to visit. But overall its been a good time so far, my mom beat me in BOWLING the other night LOL you know I LOVE bowling thats my new hobby so I took them to the cosmic bowling here and we had a great time with some of my ITALIAN FRIENDS, thanks to them for greeting my family with open arms that meant a lot to them as we had a blast that night. Also I told them that McDonalds overseas taste so much better so we went to eat there and I know before they leave we will go back its that good for real. My girl HB, came back over here so now I have more company so Im feeling a lot better with a lot of love around me. I have 7 games left so I need all the love, comfort, and fun around me to keep me sane and focused on my goal and thats the playoffs so Im in a great position right now.

Other than that I been working on and off the court. Still chasing the playoffs, still getting better, still focused on becoming a better player and person. I just want to finish the season on a great note, because AVELLINO been really good to me and for me I LOVE THIS PLACE because the people show me so much love and its a great place to come work on your game and get better, so I want to make them proud and happy. Off the court I been working on my music projects which is going well. I recorded 20 tracks, yes I found a studio and found someone I feel so comfortable working with and guess what you can barely speak. Its been a great experience for me, Im learning new things every time I go, its a blessing for me yall...I mean you wouldnt believe what music does for my life. Its like a drug I need it now because BASKETBALL can take such a mental and physical toll on your body, but I really think every player needs something to take their mind off their primary job. All my friends involved in this business has something that balance their lives. Me and my mom always talk about it when things get tough for me she say write it, dee do your music, minutes later everything that was bothering me, on my mind is down on paper, then put in word play on tracks for the world, my fans, my friends to listen. I been working so hard, thats something no one would ever question, I put in the time in whatever I do, I want to be GREAT, I want people to know me, respect me for being me always and never changing. I have dreams, I tell kids all the time DREAM, DREAM BIG, believe in yourself, dont let no one tell you that you cant do something, go out work and get it. Im working hard, I believe, I dream even though they say dreams are based on HOPE, I still dream and chase those dreams with all my heart and soul because anything possible if you have FAITH and a crazy WORK ETHIC.

7 games left its up to us, its up to me, to take us to the playoffs and make this run to the ultimate goal. Im a winner yall, every team I played on we won, it didnt matter who THE MAN WAS it was us together fighting to win something that last forever thats hardware, titles, rings. This year has went by so fast, but a lot of work has been put in and I promise it will continue Im not a quitter, Im a worker, Im a HOOPER who people calls a basketball player, HOOPER is different.....I LOVE WHAT I DO, I love this game we call basketball I LOVE to come to the gym and compete, I dont need no time off, I JUST LOVE IT its what I chose to do with my life so lets do it. I been doing good though, things are getting heated around here with a tough schedule, tight race for a playoff spot Im still focused, still relaxed all I can do is do my job, be me, and I will be ready and continue to play for my team.

To my family and REAL FRIENDS back home I miss yall..I hope yall miss me too but deep down Im curious I will be back home soon thats when I see people for who they really are....People hit me up on facebook, twitter, people who suppose to be cool with me, who say they love me, or we family asking simple questions that could be answered right here by reading what I say because they know I say what Im feeling but its all love you live and you learn.
